Come breathe, move, and sweat in this power yoga style moving meditation that increases mindfulness and builds strength.
The class is accessible to students of all levels; no previous yoga experience is required.
Please bring a yoga mat, towel, and water, if desired. This class operates on a donation-based, pay-what-you-can basis, with a suggested donation of $5.
This program is hosted by Dormont Public Library but is not sponsored by Dormont Public Library. Proceeds from donations do not benefit the library.
