For the 2019 tax year, the State of Pennsylvania is not providing free paper forms to libraries. We plan to pre-print a limited number of PA-40 and PA-1000 Rent Rebate forms; library staff can retrieve other forms for you, if you know the form number or schedule that you need.
For the 2019 tax year, the IRS now offers the Form 1040-SR, an optional alternative to filing a full Form 1040 for taxpayers age 65 and over. Read the IRS’s page on the 1040-SR to determine if it’s the right choice for you.
2019 federal and state income tax returns or requests for extensions of time to file are due on Wednesday, April 15, 2020.
