Yoga at the Library

An event every week that begins at 7:00pm on Tuesday and Thursday, repeating indefinitely
This is a traditional Hatha class taught with a vinyasa flow. We flow from one position to the next and focus on alignment, posture, breath, increased flexibility, strength, and balance.
